Moto Z Play finally gets the Android Nougat update in India

It took a while, but, the Moto Z Play - from Lenovo - is finally getting the latest Android Nougat 7.0 Nougat update in India. The update, in addition, also brings Android's January security patch to the Moto Z Play. The Moto Z Play, which is simply a more affordable Moto Z, was in line to get the Nougat update for quite some time now. The wait seemed a little bit more pronounced because a phone like the Moto G4 Plus, which occupies a lower segment in the hierarchy, got updated sooner. Guess that's not how software updates work.
